3 times a week, really? I do about 25 minutes a day everyday. How long are you going to exercise and what kind of exercises will you do in those three days?0

You can do it!0

I'm with you - 5 x commute cycle rides (42 miles / day), a short weekend ride (20 - 25 miles) and a club ride (60 - 75+ miles)0

lol ok so by the sounds of it an hr 3x a wk is no good.
Give me a programme to help me, people x0 -
3 times a week and sticking to it is better than saying you'll do everyday and not sticking to it because life gets in the way. You should be encouraged on here, as every little bit helps! You can always add more to your routine later.
Go for it! xx0 -

I totally agree. You can always work up to more. I started out with only working out 3 times a week, like yourself , and now I work out at least 5 days a week. Somethims 6 depending on what we have going on. If we (my hubby and I) are hiking or biking, whatever the activity is, I count that as one of my workouts.
You can do it! :flowerforyou: :happy:0 -

I'm in agreement with the post above!
I started out committing to go to the gym over my lunch hour 3 times a week. I then started working with a trainer.
He introduced me to TRX, and WOW, what fun! I actually WANT to work out now! Now 2 years later and almost 30lbs
lighter I workout 5 times a week, for a hour each session. I would actually work out with my trainer everyday if I could
afford it LOL!
To make a permanent and long lasting change in your life, you have to start with realistic goals. Find something you like,
make time for it and build on it from there!0
