If you are happy with the results keep doing what you are doing until it doesn't work, then make a change. Just my 2 cents :)

I just update my weight as it changes. My calories get lower as my weight drops.

MFP adjusts your goal net cals every 10 lbs you lose. You can go in manually and set new goals if you want, but you don't need to. From my experience, you get about 50-100 fewer cals every 10lbs you lose.

You don't need to change your goal weight, but enter your new weight in the check in screen so you can see your results. It's motivating.

If 1310 calories is working for you, then keep doing it, until it doesn't work anymore.

I say just keep dping what your doing, ive learnt the hard way that when things are working dont mess with it ! I dropped my cals by 100 even though i didnt need to and i struggled like crazy with it.

I agree. If you don't feel completely starved, still have energy, etc. then keep going at 1310 calories. I don't switch things up when things are working. Once your weight loss stalls, and unfortunately it does for most of us, that's when you'll need to readjust calories or your exercise routine.

    Keep up the good work!
  • Thanx for the replys i think i wil keep my calorie intake as it is :) as it seems to be working

You are having great results. I would leave it unless you want to go slower. IF you go to fast you are less likely to stick with it.
