I'm right there with you! Been off and on this wagon more time than I'd like to admit. What's motivating me now is exercise. Why would I eat that donut if it's going to take me 35 mins on the elliptical to work it off?! I've got a whole new perspective.

Hi-- I like Special K vanilla and I use Silk--I could eat that everyday! But i do mix it up with oatmeal and occasionally egg beaters or real eggs. Hi--I'm fairly new and haven't any connections yet, either. I'm looking to lose about 35 lbs. been really tracking it for 4 weeks now. No real wgt loss, but I've introduced weight training too and the inches are coming off. Welcome and I hope we can support each other.

I've added weight training to my regimen over the last four weeks and my weight went up a pound, down a pound...end result is a net no change in weight. But my measurement inches have gone down. I assume that if there was an adjustment to your calories for weight training, it would be in the opposite direction than we want…
