That seems so vague. 8 liquids a day of anything can be 0 calories (water) or 795 calories Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana from Smoothie King. Also, fruits can also be a lot of calories. I weight myself every morning just to keep track. I do it every morning, almost as soon as I wake up. I can't wait to see my progress :)

Coffee is not bad for you. It's natural! Enjoy and drink it... in moderation, of course. I did one time try to give up coffee... I had a big headache throughout the day. Never again.

True, however, size does not define you as well. Vanity sizing is as what it says: vanity. Although I define my success as my goal weight of 125lbs, I still rely on how I feel overall.

I had a C Section and even at my lowest weight (126lbs) it was still hanging :( I really don't know how to lose it except maybe surgery?

I have the same dilemma. My body seems to be comfortable around 135lbs but somehow, I want to be at 125lbs. Got there once but it wasn't sustainable for me. My problem is my junk food cravings that I cannot seem to control. That and my lack of discipline. :explode:

Do ya have to change your profile pic every SINGLE day? Do you not get tired of yourself looking at the mirror (and taking pictures with your phone.) That facelift/ botox, new shirt, new hairstyle still does not make you look good. You're still the ugly girl from HS.

Goosebumps all over reading these posts! My own experience was with my grandma, she died and "visited" me while I was sleeping. OK, first of all, I don't have the "bust problem" quite the opposite actually, I'm flat and ok with that. :) Great suggestions here about looking this as a lifestyle change, I never thought of it that way before. Anyway, MFP is a great tool because everyone is so nice and helpful! Welcome and goodluck!

I'm the same way. The results make me want to reward myself with one cupcake. One becomes two, then I start giving myself a rest day, which becomes rest week... then month :( I'm with you.

I'm too cheap to buy flavored water :embarassed: . Plus, I really like the taste of unflavored water :)
