I think it should be alright when absolutely necessary. I use meal replacements often for breakfast as I'm not a breakfast person. I don't know about always eating 5 meals a day of meal replacements, simply because of possibly missing out on vitamins and nutrients your body needs. I'd strive for at least those two healthy…

Nope, according to that one I'm still "overweight". Here's what it says... Your BMI is 27.1, indicating your weight is in the Overweight category for adults of your height. For your height, a normal weight range would be from 122 to 164 pounds. Guess it wouldn't hurt me to lose a little more.

Thanks for the replies :) I do like to kinda mix and match things from different diets. I am mostly trying to stick to a low carb, higher protein, in-between on fat diet. All around I hope it will work for me, and if it doesn't I guess I can always change it up.
