  • I was really thinking about trying this, but 10lbs in 90 days does not warrent spending that kind of money. I don't want a miracle cure, but I would hope to lose more than 10lbs in 90 days.
  • Yeah, not worried about pregnancy, tubes are tied, had merina to control periods. That it did, but losing weight is impossible!
  • Which T Tapp are you doing? I have basic workout plus.
  • Awesome workout! About to start it again myself. You need 2 to 5lb handweights. Mostly use your own body, need as much room as it takes you to do jumping jacks.
  • I am not sure if I am taking them right, as long as the inches go down, I am losing. I can say I don't really care about my neck though. I use my thigh measurment where it says neck.
  • I feel for you and wish you the best. Everyone has challenges, some a lot tougher than others. I suggest you start logging everything right away. That in itself may be motivation for you. Dance away, it will help!
  • Search Eating back calories. There are lots of posts on this topic.
  • This is a weekly meal in my house. I peel the skin off the chicken, shove on onion inside, and spinkle it with BBQ Chicken seasoning. Cook on low for 8 hrs.
  • I love my zigs!
  • Looks like you have lost 8.8ish lbs so far. Thats pretty awesome! My scale is moving incredibly slow, but my clothes feel waaaay better! Could you be losing inches from exercise? I eat my cals. If I didn't I would starve. I try to only eat back half of my exercise cals though. I am allowed 1200 a day.
  • I am a parent, although a much younger parent than yours. I hope my kids never have to go through this. If I were you I would suggest to them to seek out a marriage counsellor. If they truly want to resolve there issues, a councellor will give them the tools. If they are fooling themselves he/she will help them see that.…
  • Copper Beach, Scarlett Feather, Circle Of Friends. I do like them a lot, but I absolutly LOVE Jill Mansells books. Give them a try.
  • OK, as hard as it is, you just have to start really working out. I was tired ALL the time, by the time 2 in the afternoon rolled around I felt I had to nap. I didn't have the energy to do ANYTHING. I joined the gym and FORCED myself there 5 to 6 times a week....FORCED. Once you start exercising, you will want to fuel your…
  • On my first night shift, I work out before I lay down for my nap. On the next night I work out at the gym when I finish work. Yes I am dead tired, and have to really talk myself into going. As soon as I hit the elliptical I know I did the right this. Also I am wide awake for my drive home, instead of fighting to keep my…
  • I would be honest and tell them that you can't put your child in an environment with smoke. If you are not honest they may keep asking. Also telling them the truth may make them realize they are endangering their child. My dad smoked in the house and car when we were kids. My brother and I both suffer from asthma because…
  • Yes, Thank You. We use the step as well. I LOVE IT!
  • Taking my family to KFC before hockey; "There is absolutly NOTHING on this menu I can eat"!
  • Welcome. I have been on an off site for a while. This time I am back on and serious about it. I am a mom of 3 and looking to lose 20lbs. Good luck!
  • Ahhh, good luck with the teens years, you get them before me. Mine are 4. I am hitting the gym 5 to 6 times a week. 45 mins cardio minimum, then some weights. Other times I take an hr long class, called RIP (love it!). Just used to seeing some pounds off by this point, but have not been to a gym since my twins were born.
  • What are you using for birth control? Could pill/IUD be contributing?
  • Wow thanks for all the info. I am concerned about weight with mirena, I don't have any other side effects. It REALLY shouldn't contribute, hormone is only released into uterus, and at a smaller does than pill. I just want that scale to budge. I have never had problems in the past losing weight once I set my mind to it!
