Does anyone else read Maeve Binchy books? My mother in law got me hooked on them a few years ago. They are like reading and people watching at the same time.
Which is your favorite book of Maeve's?

    Copper Beach, Scarlett Feather, Circle Of Friends. I do like them a lot, but I absolutly LOVE Jill Mansells books. Give them a try.

    I've only read "Quentins." It was wonderful, but I found the main character to be pretty unlikeable... I would pick up another one based on this recommend, though! Thanks. :)

    so weird never heard of her but the little girl my daughter plays with is reading the Scarlet Feather and i thought it was the Scarlet Letter which I thought was weird for an 8 year old to be reading LOL ...til I realized it said Feather...she says it the other one an adult book? i said yeah kinda

    Lol I'm surprised kids are reading Maeve binchy. Not racy or anything, but it does deal with adult problems and relationships. Definitely not scarlet letter.

    well maybe thats why she asked me about if the "scarlet Letter" was an adult book becasue she percieved the "scarlet Feather" was one too...its probably her moms she is a big reader...the Scarlet Letter is about adultery...but was written a million years ago. I was shocked to think that she was reading that book but since I wasnt familiar with the Binchy books I didnt really know what to say..and then to come home and click on this link ...HOW STRANGE IS THAT??
