Ive started to walk 3 miles every other day with a mind to building up the stamina to try running. Would love to resume hill walking or long hiking but near impossible with a toddler who refuses to sit in a pushchair... Pleased to meet you.

hey! I was hypnotised 6 years ago not to eat chocolate and I cannot stand the stuff now. I may get the odd craving for it but if I succumb I end up really regretting it and remembering how much I hate the stuff. May be worth a try. Welcome to MFP :)

I'll never criticise someone who eats loads of crap (but oh so tasty) food. I dont really have trouble staying on 1200 and only really get hungry one or two days a week but havent had any loss in 3 weeks ( i gained 2.5 kg although just finished steroid dose) I just get confused when I'm told different things by different places.

I was in hospital last week, the doctors were desperate for me to have a blood clot on my lung (FWIW I had a chest infection) and the doctor asked me if my legs had always been that size. Embarrassment didn't hit me until later when I thought more about it.

I don't know about PCOS but have dont both dairy free and gluten free for allergies. Neither are particularly hard but you have to watch for hidden dairy in processed foods. e.g. cold ham for sandwiches. Gluten is a bit harder because all the nice things have gluten in them but it's quite easy to work around with GF…
