Hello
I signed up for this a while back but fell ill. I'm now better and starting to track my fitness again.
I have to lose almost 3st to be "healthy weight" and I know I'm going to struggle. I look pretty skeletal and ill at 10 stone so would rather be around 11 which means only 2 stone loss. I would appreciate getting the odd kick up the bum from time to time to keep me going. I hope one day to be able to run a marathon. I've been saying that for 30 years now. Time is running out!
Just need to ditch the pringles addiction and I'm off.
