Pretty much limiting my carbs per day to about 60-80, and having less than 10 sugars, while pushing my protein up to over 100 per day, 150-200 if I can. Well, I suppose "Eating Routine" sounded more strict than I meant it to be. It's more like I just try to eat something small every 2-3 hours.
