    Yeah, what I've been doing the last week is just eating lean chicken and having very small sides of carbs. Pretty much limiting my carbs per day to about 60-80, and having less than 10 sugars, while pushing my protein up to over 100 per day, 150-200 if I can.

    It was really surprising how much weight has just been shredding off lately. I'm really really happy with it too. :)
