I would like her to lose weight slowly with all the pitfalls. But surgery is fairly common now, so I can seem them going that direction. And she will have to follow the rules after it. I hope she gets nominated for an Emmy.

When I know I'm going to drink more than one, I try to space them with a club soda or water. That's if I know I will be at the bar with friends for a few hours!

I think 200 is low. Greek yogurt and a small amount of cereal. Whole grain bread and Better then Peanut butter. A couple of light string cheese, fruit, maybe a few crackers. A protein bar.

I save calories. Most nights it's a mini-bag of plain m&m's (70 calories) and an orange. If I am really hungry, a bowl of cereal.

Luna Mocha Almond bars are my new morning snack or breakfast. I bought a bag of Mocha/coffee nut M&Ms, not worth the calories to me.

I don't cook a lot. I just think all the frozen meals have too much sodium so I check everything. And I add more vegies.

I love peanut butter. I eat Better than PNB. It's less calories, and satisfies my PB craving. And I try to eat it with an apple not bread or crackers.

Hi - I finally got on a scale yesterday - I'm up 7 lbs. (I thought it would be worse!) so when I got home, I planned my full week of lunches and dinners. I eat the same breakfast M-Friday. I have a protein bar and a cup of coffee. I bring an apple and string cheese for a snack. I don't have to think. And most days I have the same lunch. I have lost 30 pounds. I vary dinners and meals on the weekends. For me, it's about being easy.

I allow myself one on the weekends. The rest of the week is water. I drink regular Pepsi so it is a treat. It took my about a year to get to this point. And if I have it a couple of days in a row, I don't like it.

Do what works with your schedule. I try to not eat snacks between meals, and only have a planned snack after dinner. I do sometimes have fruit when driving home from school. I put an extra piece in my lunch. If I don't eat it, I have it the next day for lunch.

I'm lucky I can run when I need to, but I do tend to drink more water at end of day.

Rice cakes with salsa - or 100 cal. popcorn w/Tabsco. And sometimes I have one of the snack size plain m&m's - only 70 calories. I always eat an orange at night.
