Healthy Snack Options

I am starting my journey and I am needing some ideas on some healthy snack options. I teach and coach so my time constraints are a little odd but I am needing a mid morning and mid afternoon snack to get me through the day but will not break the bank on calories or sugar etc.

I also do fruit, string cheese, nuts, quest bars...0

Rice cakes with salsa - or 100 cal. popcorn w/Tabsco. And sometimes I have one of the snack size plain m&m's - only 70 calories. I always eat an orange at night.0

Bananas and oats.
That's it. Mash banana and add oats, bake and done I love these just out the oven. You can add choc chips or raisins. Some people add cinnamon. whatever you like0 -
