Being a grandma is the best revenge! Bwahahahaha! Rosie (granddaughter) was misbehaving and grandpa went to reprimand her... I said...why are you disciplining her? You are grandpa! SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!!!!!! I do them... Only about 1-1/2'...but I do them... Others do much higher than me and my coach has acknowledged that I in fact have no jump. LOL I seriously need to improve this. Completely red****. I don't know that it is a fear per se.... I just legitimately go not game. ......right now that is.......

My gym is new and very bare bones. The most important thing is your coach. Good coach=good experience. Prepare yourself for the PM, if you haven't already gotten it. There is a CF troll on MFP.

Maybe try to switch it up a little bit. I love CF and am a CFer for life...but I actually saw more success in fat loss when I was doing my Zumba. Congrats! You are going to love it. Be patient. The most important is making sure you are doing the movements correctly above all. Eat clean, drink lots of water, and try to workout 5 days....even if you are not CFing 5 days. How long before the PM guys?
