Oh, this is just the challenge I need! I developed a bad habit when my baby was up nursing during the night that I would have a snack too. I'm not sure what time should be my cutoff time though since we usually have late dinners between 6:30 - 7:30. I think I'll try a 9:00 cutoff time. :) Thanks for starting this!

I've always had my coffee with a tablespoon of non-dairy creamer but I really don't want to waste calories on creamer so I'm going to try adding cinnamon instead.

I make hot wings (and thighs and legs) by putting them all in a baking dish, covering with the sauce of your choice and then baking at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
