Yesterday was an interval workout which included my new love-to-hate move: Prisoner Squat Jumps. I nearly died. Not sure what today will bring. I'm winging it!

I use it, and pay for it, and I LOVE it. I usually only stick with Anja Garcia's workouts but they have some good ones to mix up your routine.

I've done this with canned pumpkin or PB2 with chocolate chips. I put protein powder in too when I need to get a boost. I also make a banana bread with egg whites, oats, bananas, chocolate chips, and protein powder.

I posted mine a few days ago but this past weekend marked my first sub 10 minute mile pace for running. I was shocked and super excited.

I just made these and used my individual bar pan. I added 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips right in. They turned out AMAZING!! I will be making these a lot. Must not eat whole pan...

I am 8.5 months post partum and am back to my pre pregnancy weight. I feel stronger than ever but I still have belly pooch and it is sooo frustrating!! Working on losing a few more pounds and hopefully the pooch will get better. Its hard work but if you commit, you can totally do it!

I have three (my zodiac sign, three stars for me and my sisters, and a memorial tattoo for my father). All on my ankles and need one more to balance it out! My last...a compass with North in Scottish Gaelic. I have travelled extensively and Scotland is by far my most favorite stop.

Same here. Full time working mom to an 8 month old. I am married but consider my self a part time single mom. My husband works in the oil industry and is gone 3 out of 4 weeks a month. Finding it REALLY hard to balance everything and really need some more MFP friends for support and motivation. Feel free to add me!

I am totally down with this. 5'4, CW is 143 and I would like to get down to 130-135 before a trip at the beginning of March. Need lots of motivation to hit that goal and I would love to add more friends. :smile:

I have an 8 month old and it's difficult. He HATES going in a playpen or bouncer so that I can work out. My only strategy right now is to do it during naps. Sigh...hoping it gets easier as he gets older and can do more things on his own. Or bug me while I work out, whatever...

Depends on my mood. Last time it was hard rock while running but usually it's pop/r&b (Pitbull, Usher, etc.). Really, anything with a good beat.

I work out at home. No gym. I will walk on the treadmill barefoot too but will wear shoes when running. Sometimes I just HATE wearing shoes, sometimes its a time issue. Sounds lame but I am a single mom to an 8 month old and sometimes need every second I can get to work out!

Yesterday was 10 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes of kickboxing. So far today, its been 10 minutes on elliptical and on tap this afternoon is a 2-3 mile run followed by a walk on the incline machine.

I just had a little boy who is 4 1/2 months old. I lost the first 19lbs. I gained quickly but have been struggling to lose the last 10lbs. Hoping adding a supportive group of people will keep me motivated and help along the way! Good luck! :bigsmile:
