Low fiber diet suggestions?
I am waiting for CT scan next week to rule out possible Crohn's/Colitis disease and need to follow a low fiber diet to prepare. I am used to eating whole grain, wheat, raw veggies/fruits, lots of dairy for protein and it seems all of those things are out. No nuts, seeds, etc. Has anyone had to do this before? Any…

About the whole microwaving a Quest protein bar. But, oh my, I just did it with the Double Chocolate Chunk and it was awesome! Warm and those chocolate chunks got all gooey. I think I just found my new food obsession for a while.

Working out barefoot?
Recently I have been doing this more and wondering if anyone else does. Why or why not? Usually when I do it, it's workouts that CAN be done barefoot (i.e. kickboxing) but I have been known to do it while circuit training too. Just wondering what others thoughts were.

Can serious lifting be done at home?
I am looking at starting a lifting program (that's a whole other ball of confusion and questions for me but I digress) but am not a member of a gym...nor will I probably ever be. This morning marks my first run ever with a sub 10 min mile pace. 3 miles under 30 minutes. Pretty much made my day!
