Things I'm doing: Jumped up my daily workout from 30 min to 60 min. Started swimming laps. Decreasing meat intake.

Proud of 1. Journaling everyday 2. Sticking to exercise schedule 3. Clothes loose fit Could do better 1. Drinking water 2. Setting cut off time for eating 3. Strength training <No flab> I also want to improve my outlook on life, feeling happy and getting out.

Hey Laila, The challenge is going good but hit a roadblock, I attended a wedding out of town last week. But jumped back on the bandwagon this week and got my aunt who is 57 and sister 23 with me. We can encourage each other Tae Bo 3x a week and training on our own the other days. I love this site!!!
