  • MFP has me set at 1200 but I find it very hard to meet that if I dont exercise...and then it discourages me so I quit. Thanks for posting this! It makes me feel like I can range from 1200-1500 and still maybe lose weight! Those 300 calories could make my days and help me keep this up!!!
  • you have a LOT on your plate, and im not talking about food =P just take it one day at a time. try to balance out your days. aim for 3 good days in a row, then 4, 5, 6,...... and if you slip up guess what?! THERE IS ALWAYS TOMORROW TO START AGAIN!!!!! you can do it!

  • i LOVE apple cinnamon rice cakes with peanut butter and banana...you just havo watch how much PB you put on it b/c thats most of the calories. It keeps me very full and is delicious! I consider it healthier than other things I would snack on.
