Things to Remember!
I need to remember to take off my clothes before i go on the scale in the morning!!! I was so optomistic for my semi-weekly weigh in this morning and saw that i was 187.2 then I was about to get in the shower and tried one more time and i was 184.8!!! funny how much of a difference pajamas can make!

Sucking it in?
question: If I am constantly "sucking it in," am I really that thin? For 95% of the day I am sucking in my stomach and trying to flatten my belly/have good posture. When I "let it out" I see a huge difference. Am I just really good at engaging my core or am I fooling myself with how much I've lost?
