Back after almost 6 months...

Hey all!
Whew, I'm finally getting back to this wonderful MFP because I know that it works. I have been MIA for so long because of...well who needs to hear all of the excuses? Bottom line is that I've lost some weight while not on MFP, but I gained it back like 5 days after I stopped being active --- which I miss. I had such a great schedule & now that I'm done, I dont know what to do with myself.
I was student teaching so I was constantly on my feet, walking around, squatting at students' desks, walking all over the building.
I had a Carnation Instant Breakfast for well...breakfast, a snack & lunch. Then I ate a snack at home & dinner.
I was in bed by 11:30 and up by 6:30.
I looked so good in all of my teaching clothes & actually went down a pant size!
but......now I wake up at noon, eat the entire house because I have nothing better to do and am either in my bed or the couch. YUCK! I literally gained 3 lbs in 5 days because of my laziness. How can I get back into fitness and being healthy when I no longer have the reason for how I got so healthy?!
Oh, not to mention its almost summer & I am only 13 (well now 15) lbs away from my goal weight after losing over 40lbs!!!!!!
