Hi all!
I've been a member for MFP for about 2 years (on and off) and find it so helpful! I'm a first year teacher and things are finally winding down for me (aka I'm not completely anxious everyday!) so I re-joined a gym and started logging with MFP again....I lost about 4 lbs during the school year - but gained all of it back and then a lb or two. I guess since I'm not as anxious or busy planning that I have had more time to eat junky foods :-/
Ive been doing MFP again for about a week and been doing GREAT during school hours, but can't seem to find the motivation to log or eat healty after I'm done with school for the day. Any suggestions on staying motivated and tips for easy logging in the PM hours?
Thanks in advance! And Happy Losing!
Jenny

Figure out your dinner menu in the morning when you are motivated and log it in then. You can even prep it on the weekend so you have ready to eat meals when you get home and are tired.0
