I have problems with my right wrist as well. I have a ganglion and it hurts to be in that position. I try to do it on my fingers instead, or just switch it up.

A year ago, I couldn't wait to give birth to my last baby because I could lose weight FOR GOOD!! I was 5 months pregnant a year ago. I am now 18 lbs down from the weight I was when we were TTC and feeling better than ever!

The one thing to point out...you said you are losing inches in some places and not others. There is no way to pin point where you want to lose inches. As you lose weight, your body will take off inches as it see's fit. Just remember to do some strength training to tone those muscles and hope that the weight comes off of…

My mom passed away Jan 6, 2011 after battling breast cancer for the second time. She was only 51 when she passed. It was stage 4 and moved to her liver. Everywhere I turn, someone has cancer. I wouldn't wish what my family is going through on my worst enemy.

I would definitely check the batteries. I don't see how it could be off if you weigh yourself at the same time, wearing the same thing. I use my wii and its always been pretty accurate. I only weigh myself once a week though. Oh and also, is your wii board on carpet or hardwood, that makes a difference too

These are my exact thoughts as well. Not to mention a ton of girls dying FROM the shot that is supposed to prevent cancer and death. I also agree that its a personal choice. Just like the H1N1 shot was a choice

My husband and I are doing this 5 days a week, Sundays and Thursdays being our "rest": days. So I didn't do it today. But tomorrow will be my W1D3. Looking forward to it!

W 1 D 2 complete! I did WAY better with my side planks today! The only thing I can't do is push ups because I have a problem with my right wrist. I just do extra cardio during that time!

The way that I plan to do it is for 4 weeks. each "week" from Tuesday-Monday. Have my rest days on Thursday and Sunday. Until I am done all 4 of them.
