i started spin a month ago and love it . Be sure to get a gel cushion seat cover makes it alot easier on our female parts if you know what I mean :) You can get them at Wal Mart range in price fro 10 to 25 I got the 10 and it is just fine and fits any bike seat Give it a try , I am 59 and hanging in there LOL

yes I almost dread the weekends I start out with good intentions but then I let let things get in the way no ones fault but my own I know I could do better with my weight loss if I were strict with myself on weekends , I bought a bike this week and got out Sunday and rode it , really enjoyed doing that

Had a real good week gym 3 times this week and walked for 60 minutes at the park 1 day . Not really craving anything , but woke up at 2:30 this AM starving , thought if I layed there long enough would go back to sleep , NOT , so got up at 3:15 and ate a wheat bagel with cream cheese that is what I was craving , now feeling…
