I have missed quite a few weeks and i am teetering between 196-194 getting pretty discouraged. will update monday with an official weight.

last week was a bad week for me and I didn't record but today I am back on track and 195.6 so thats -10 for the challenge. It is going to be tough and I am not sure I will reach a 50# loss but I am going to get as close as humanly possible!

My motivation to work out early in the am is so that I don't have to worry about it after work. That and I am not missing time with my family. It is also really nice to start the day with extra calories :smile:

Well I am back to report my weight 7/15- 205.6 7/22- 204 I was down more on friday but thanks to TOM i had an increase today. Maybe next monday will be better :)
