    I got a side salad with my grilled chicken sandwich instead of fries today! I also ate the salad before the sandwich too.

    1. I logged back in to MFP and logged everything I've eaten so far.
    2. I walked the trail behind my job for 30 minutes (even though it is 90 degrees outside)
    3. I started drinking & tracking my water intake.

    1) I did not smoke (even though work was tough today).
    2) I had my Friday mocha treat, but stayed away from the office chocolate.
    3) I have not gone over my calories.

    Yesterday I managed to finish my workout without phoning it in even though I wanted to quit so bad. It was one of those days when all of the little things were going wrong and I felt like crap mentally and physically. But I got my workout in and logged my food anyway.
