I had a breakfast packed with protein, normally I don't get enough protein0

I ran and went to the gym both days that I wanted to and had great weight sessions. I've also kept my calorie intake much lower this week [as opposed to the past couple of weeks].
And I've managed to NOT have sugar for the past week and already feel like my taste buds don't want sugar anymore/0 -
This is gonna sound like such a little thing but I ate lunch0

Ran a 12 minute mile for the first time in my life.

When I ate my two krispie kreme key lime pie filled donuts this morning, the creamy filling dripped out onto my napkin...not my lap. FTW!0

Went for a 25 minute lunch time walk today and a 3.8 mile one last night when I had planned to be lazy...I also over shot my minute exercise goal this week 4 fold and it's not even Sunday yet!0

Made my green smoothie with my Nutribullet for breakfast and made tuna salad to eat for lunch (if it is made I WILL eat it).0

Today is my first zero-soda day (yesterday was my last one) and I haven't touched one yet! (for me that is really saying something!)
I've been putting away the water like crazy!
Started taking protein powder to supplement my protein (and had a lovely shake with breakfast).0 -
I started the couch to 5k app! I've been putting it off for so long and I got up this morning and did it!!0

I purchased a LARGE fruit bowl to eat for my afternoon snack since I have trouble getting all my fruits/veggies in daily!0

I didn't drink wine & have snacks every night! (only 2 nights!)
And I ate more fruits & vegetables!
