I use an app on my phone called "true weight." it averages all the ups and downs to give you a better idea your true weight!

Have you ever heard of or tried Nutritional yeast? It kind of has a nutty/cheesy flavor. I like sprinkling some on steamed broccoli, tofu, potatoes, egg whites, or pretty much anything. In two tablespoons it has about 60 calories, 8 grams of protein, and i LOVE the way it tastes.

I don't want to do the whole 150 grams of protein or anything crazy, but I'm really hoping to gain muscle mass and I hear that protein is important.
