Update: Nothing good to report. I started this thread close to the end of July. I'm still at 189 lbs. So I haven't gained anymore and it's mid August. I finally bought the foods I needed and even got a gym membership this passed Saturday. Here's to really trying...

Same here. I'm 26 and I started at 198lbs and am currently at 188lbs. Goal's 150lbs, that leaves me at 38lbs left to go. I hope to be there by late September.

The way it breaks down is it's really a 1200 Calorie diet. 1 shake powder mix is 110 cals with water, with a half cup of skim milk it's 200 cals.
