That's were I carry most of my weight, my problem area. I began my journey with a 43'' waist, looked like I was 7 months preggo. At the moment I currently measure a 33'' waist. I'm 5'7 and honestly not sure what my goal would be.. any ideas ladies??

I lost most of my weight before starting Zumba;however, the energy I get from Zumba is priceless! I'm also loving how my clothes are fitting now, for that I do give Zumba all the credit since I've toned up =)

Funny you ask, I'm 5'8 and wear a 5.5 to 6 depending on the shoe. Small wide feet here.. Hard for me to find comfy shoes =(
