  • If you want to do in-home Yoga, I would suggest the Gaiam A.M. Yoga. That is what I started out with, and I really love it.
  • I want to say congratulations! I sincerely know how hard one pound can be to lose, right now I'm battling my own one pound! I lost 14 Lbs in 2 weeks(drastic change in eating habits and hitting the gym constantly) and now I'm doing essentially the same thing, but I've been stuck at 155 for the last 3 weeks!
  • While its not a "low calorie" snack protein bars (230+ calories) fill me up for hours. Plus I tend to get a little boost of energy from them. Protein bars have come so far in the past few years, most of them taste fantastic! My favorites are Luna Bars, Zone Perfect Fudge Graham, and the Clif Bar Builders :)
