In a blender mix:
1 banana (110 calories)
1 cup Almond Milk (60 calories)
4 Tbsp Ovaltine malt mix (80 calories)
Ice cubes to chill and thicken
Total: 250 Calories

I love this recipe. I throw it all in a blender and drink it on the way to work. Simple and delicious! You can even try chocolate almond or soy milk and cut out the ovaltine, though the calories would be roughly the same.

    1/2 banana
    1 large kiwi(peeled)
    1/4-1/2 c cooked baby spinach(I put mine in a frying pan with water for about 3-4 minutes to wilt it)(can not taste it)
    1 cup almond milk(I use unsweetened) but you could throw in vanilla if you'd like!)
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder( I use Monster Milk Vanilla Creme)
    1 Tbsp ground flax seeds

    throw it in and blend it!

    I know it sounds weird and kinda gross, but its actually really really good. If you think it tastes a little... off, try omitting the flax seeds.. my hubby likes it better minus flax seeds

    Yummy, also 1/2 frozen banana is great added to the mix.

    That sounds realy good. I have also tried Almond Milk and really like it.

    I have one I use.

    1 cup Skim Milk - 90 calories
    1 cup Frozen Strawberries - 50 Calories
    1 scoop Jillian Michaels Vanilla Shake Whey Protein Powder - 100 calories.

    Pretty good stuff. You can also switch it up with Blueberries for Strawberries (or both) if you wish. I sometimes add two scoops of the Protein powder to get more protein.

    BTW, I also just wanted to recommend getting the Chris Freytag blender. It's awesome and you can take it with you when traveling. I don't know what I would do without it.
