  • Yesterday, I completed a Zumba class with only (2) water breaks. The class was 75 minutes long. As the salty sweat ran into my eyes as I cha-cha'd, i realized that I am ready to challenge this body.... ;)

  • 40 days of logging in MFP. 5 lbs lost. I am only counting calories at this point. However, I am slowly going to incorporate exercise into my routine once I have fully incorporated daily logging. I hope this helps.
