I eat them as a quick way to get protein. I don't see anything wrong with them. I don't really understand the question, honestly. You have all the nutritional information and the ingredients, so I think you have this info already. No offense, of course. What exactly are you asking?

I wanna point out that there's more of a difference between plus sizes than there are regular sizes, so it might take 20 pounds for you to go from, say, a 20 to an 18, and only 10 pounds for you to go from a 12 to a 10 or something like that.

Don't worry about it. I think a lot of people make it up naturally, a low day here and a high day there. If you're full, you're full.

At that weight, she's not even morbidly obese yet, so probably not a heart attack risk. At 5'2 and 170 pounds, I was only 7 pounds into the obese category, let alone morbidly anything. I certainly didn't feel like I was about to fall over and die. But regardless of any that, no. I don't see it as a nice gesture. I see it…

It's not really your concern, and it's certainly not ours. She's an adult, and you're only friends; let her take care of herself.

I think they may be more nutrition bars than protein bars, but I like Luna bars.

You don't seem to actually want any help. If what you want is a justification for not using this website anymore, I'm sure you can provide that for yourself. We don't need to do it for you. You're not utilizing it, so it won't work. It's that simple.

I wish PETA would learn that using naked women as tools is not okay.

Let's ignore him, guys. If it doesn't start an argument, maybe the thread won't get deleted.

Also putting in a "hooray!" before deletion!

On the flip-side, I was a pescetarian for the first thirteen years of my life, and then ate other meats for five, and in that five years, I gained a great deal of weight and was very unhealthy, I think probably both because my body didn't like the other meat and because I wasn't eating healthy in general. It's going to…

136, and then I'll see how I feel about it at that point.

Yes, definitely. I can weigh up to six pounds more at night than in the morning depending on how much I ate and drank and how long it's been since then. You have to realize that and take some sort of fun out of it, or else weigh yourself strictly in the morning.

I agree about grilling them whole and using them as mushroom burgers. I like to marinate mine in balsamic vinegar, garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, and a little olive oil and then put them on the George Foreman for two or three minutes. It's delicious.

I'm 5'2, 184 pounds, and I wear a size 16. I'm also pear shaped.

Thanks for your reply and advice!

Er, that sounds a bit awful. Getting so sick of something you want to eat less and less of it as time goes on strikes me as a poor long-term plan.

I use Better'n Peanut Butter instead of regular peanut butter, mostly because I prefer the taste by quite a bit. It's definitely my favorite replacement.

Oh no, OP has indulged in pizza! Don't you know the moment you create an account on this site, you give up pizza forever and ever? Oh, wait, what's that? It's actually about learning to eat reasonably for the rest of your life, including indulging sometimes? Good to know. Hope your walls look great, OP.

Oh, I dunno, just curious, I suppose.
