what is a good pre and post workout snack? I workout after work. I have to eat something before. I'll never make it through a workout. I eat dinner after. I usually eat a protein and veggie.

my endocrinologist told me to eat white meat, fish and vegetables only. This is pretty hard to follow. . I already feel better lowing my carbs. I'm not so bloated. Thanks for your advise

I am completely done. I am all over the place with my programs..I keep switching diet plans. I know this is not good. If I don't see any results, I switch. I like to hear about how many calories and carbs women are eating. Also, if you eat your exercise calories. Thanks for your input.

How are you doing tracking both ww and mfp. I always did ww. But I do not like the new program. I gained 14lbs during medopause. I am down 5lbs. I was thinking of tracking both programs. But I would do the old program from ww. I notice when track only mfp, I eat higher fat.

I can't eat a lot of fruit vegetables and fiber. I have bathroom issues. The more fiber I eat the more bloated I get. I think I might of solved a little problem. ok, guys. I change my settings yesterday. I deleted a snack, so I can show only one. It deleted all my dinners. I am not going as low as 700-800 calories. I have been staying around 1100-1200. But exercising 300-450 calories a day. so, now do I just do weight watchers. or this program.

thanks, I am going to try to eat some of my exercise calories. I think I eat a well balanced diet. I can't eat to many fruits and vegetables. I am also going to try not to do weight watchers for the week. We'll see what happens this week.

Iam trying to stay away from coffee. I guess I should stay away from dairy for a little while to see waht happens. I aready know that whole wheat makes me bloated. This is a horrible feeling.

I love lean body for her. I put a tbl spoon of all natural pb in it. I drink this for breakfast or lunch on the weekend.
