I used to have the same problem. I found for me I was eating out of boredom. So now I planned one snack when I get home from work Then I feel that time with something else. Rather it's doing housework going and working out our hanging out with my kids. Anything to keep my mind busy and off food.

I've been really loving taken any kind of lunch meat that you like.( I really love the buffalo style chicken breast). Spreading hummus on it adding a piece of provolone cheese and sweet pickle. Wrapping it up and Yum Yum Yum you got yourself a very good snack. Good luck!!

Hi there I no your pain!! when I no im going to be jumping or running a lot I double up my sports bras. I wear a smaller one first then my regular one on top. It helps me and your not spending an arm and a leg on special ones. Hope this helps you
