Way to use your free time! Great Job! I would log it all. Every minute counts, try walking at a fast pace so you can increase your calorie burn. When logging your excerise into the database make sure you pick thw walking option, there is a walking at steady pace and walking at a brisk pace. Good Luck!

I have been eating the Thomas' Flat bagel,( everything,onion, and cinn rasin) its 110 calories and just as versitile. I am however gonna try the this... its less in calories and i dont have to worry about slipping out the bagel whole LoL:tongue: :
