walking on breaks

So today, I wanted to get in a few extra minutes of exercise. I have gone outside on my breaks and walked at a brisk pace around town for 10 minutes each. Am I really helping the weight loss? Or should I wait and make it one long uninterruped time of walking?

Way to use your free time! Great Job! I would log it all. Every minute counts, try walking at a fast pace so you can increase your calorie burn. When logging your excerise into the database make sure you pick thw walking option, there is a walking at steady pace and walking at a brisk pace. Good Luck!0

I agree.. every little bit does count. Taking those stairs instead of the elevator.. walking to the corner store instead of driving there.. parking a bit farther from the mall (store)0
