I would get some low fat yogurt or orange juice and blend it with other fruit for a smoothie. Keep it refrigerated and it should be good for 2 or 3 days.

This is the first episode I have watched of this series, and it broke my heart. I wanted him to succeed so badly, and watching him fail just killed me! He had an in-home gym, a personal trainer, and more motivation than anyone could hope for, yet he couldn't pull through? Sigh...I hope he gets the help he needs and changes…

I grew up on oatmeal, but can only eat it the way my used to mom make it--with fruit! Make it the same way most have stated above (boil water, add oats) and then throw in some fresh or frozen fruit. Blueberries, strawberries, peaches, raspberries, oh my! Also add in some vanilla soy milk (or milk). The fruit sweetens it up…

I thought it could have something to do with the weather too, but it's rather humid here, so maybe not? Allergic to exercise? Eek! I hope mine does subside like most of you said... It's below where my shorts touch my legs, so it can't be that. I've never experienced this before, it's just started recently and it's making me crazy! I agree, running is difficult enough as it is! :P I can't figure out how to prevent it...

Since joining MFP, I've found that all I need to get motivated is go the the success story board. I want to be able to post one of my own with pictures of a dramatic change. Nothing makes me want to get off my butt faster :) Maybe it could do the same for you?

Unfortunately I'm not sure what would help this in the long run. However, I got knee surgery not long ago, and since then my knee swells up like a balloon after exercise. I do just the strength and ab exercises in her video as my weight training every other day. During the cardio routines, I repeat the exercises or do others (tricep kickbacks, tricep dips, planks, etc). I always feel like I get a good workout. Works for me!
