Me & My Belt 70 pounds later. Pic*

This is a repost from my blog but I wanted to post it here as inspiration for those thinking this process doesn't work... it does, and I'm proof! Pic of me "wearing" my old belt... yes, I really wore this belt, on this hole, as a non-pregnant woman. Drastic! I thought I got rid of all of my 'before' clothes, but I found this belt in the garage the other day while I was cleaning.
*Please excuse my spotty mirror & not so chiseled abs. LOL  196 pre-preg "just plain ole' fat" weight - 126 current weight = 70 lbs lost... add in the 21 lbs gained & subsequently lost during/after my last pregnancy = 91 pounds gone forever!!!

Thanks friends! Now I'm just kicking myself for not holding onto some of those pants so I could have one of those big reveals like they do on TV... hahahaha. There are still a few boxes left in the attic to unpack from our move last year so maybe I'll find a pair... stay tuned... lol0

Awesome job! It makes me feel like I can do it! I guess it just takes time, which is hard for someone who has grown up in a world with instant gratification. I started MFP at 163....gained 3 lbs and weighed 166...now I am currently 160.8lbs! I know I can do this...thank you for sharing :]0
