  • Have you tried bulletproof coffee? You blend your coffee with coconut oil and it makes it creamy! I heard this is the best option for people and they seem to love it! Me....I like my coffee black!

  • I love 21 day fix! I have complete one round and now I'm finishing up T25 Gamma. I will be doing 21 DF again in 3 weeks when I'm done with gamma! Which will bring me right up to Christmas :) Feel free to friend me!
  • I have been noticing small bruises on my legs, and arms too! They don't hurt at all. I hope its from all my HIIT workouts. But I do have an appointment with my doctor soon and I will be bringing it up with her.
  • It really helped me with my cravings. I was going to Starbucks twice a day!!! After about a month of Shakeology I was down to 1 time every 2 weeks. Some people maybe done benefit from it. But I really did! It cost more...yes, but Starbucks was costing me more than the Shakeology!
  • All of the Polar HRM are great! I love mine. You don't need to fancy expensive ones. My hubby got the FT7 and it works great! I have the Polar FT40. Both work wonderful.

  • I just started week 4 of Chalean Extreme. I'm loving it so far! I can feel and see more muscle in my legs and arms. I have the Bowflex adjustable weights and love using those. I use up to 25 pounds (total of 50) on the lower body moves. How is everyone else doing?

  • Insanity will be on my door step tomorrow! Can't wait :) I am finishing P90X tomorrow and will start Insanity on Saturday. However, we go on vacation next week and then I have surgery the week after we get back. So I plan to do a week of it and then when I get the OK from the doctor after surgery I will start it over.…
  • How is everyone doing? I'm on week 7 and doing well. Week 6 was hard! Felt week and run down. I am feeling better now. I was having trouble keeping up my calories and I think that was my problem in week 6. Not seeing much change or losing much weight, but I know I need to stick with it!
