You dont want it enough , you dont commit and you dont apply yourself. the motivation really has to come from you and understanding the reasons why you wnat to lose weight and then be prepared to put in the effort to what it takes. If you get a routine and prepare properly then it becomes easier especially when you start making progress.
  • Feel free to friend me. I'd love to help motivate and encourage you. I'm a daily logger so I'm always here!

Eating rubbish foods isnt the problem its eating too many calories and not being consistent enough to sustain a deficit so you carry on losing weight past the 3-4 weeks stage. No idea what you are eating, but with food you have 3 choices.
    1. Portion control and moderation.
    2. Eat something else for your calories.
    3. Exercise and earn the right to eat the extra burned calories.

At some stage you decide that you wont follow those rules and that having the burger, chocolate or whatever it is, becomes more important than losing weight and you lapse. Work out a way with your friends for dealing with that moment or you will repeat it.
