Heyy everyone I'm 17 years old and I've been doing the 1200 calories three weeks now. My own mother started a diet 2months ago and she lost quite a bit of weight herself so I did some research and did the same thing!
The problem is I can't workout for the life of me but I'm determined to lose the weight the healthy wayand I don't care how long it takes. Does anyone have some tips on how to start working out?

Go to Sparkteens. MFP is designed for adults over the age of 18.
Also, eat more calories. At 17 you are still growing. Limiting the calories your body has available to grow does more harm than good.0 -
Is 1200 calories too little for my age?? I eat a pretty good variety of food and try to eat balanced meals..but should I eat more?
