i have just dance 3, zumba fitness (mmuch better than the dvds),,i also have ea active, which i love. i also have the one with jenny mccarthy, but havent tried that yet. i have 1 of the jillian michaels but didnt really care for it, but i only did it once im going to try it again today

i had 2 wls...had the band in 2008 and was revised to a sleeve in 2010. im down about 100 lbs. ive been on mfp for a bit but havent logged in regulary, but i have been trying to log my foods better. so here i am...lol

i had the same problem getting my fluids and protein in. i had a lap band in 2008 and in 2010 was revised to a sleeve. im pretty much in a stall now, but im trying to up my protein and increase my exercise to get past it. as far as the fluids/protein just keep on trying

hi all i had a lap band done in march 2008, in 2010 developed a slip and was revised to a sleeve. i was nervous about getting the sleeve at first, but i love it now. i started out at 254 when i was banded and was at 183 when i got the sleeve and today im at 150 lbs. i was glad to find this thread
