Easy Game Day Chili

Easy and Extra Yummy Game Day Chili
1 lb Ground Beef (90% lean) or Ground Turkey
1 Medium Onion Chopped (About 1 cup)
1 - 15 oz. Can of Tomato Sauce (I use Hunts)
2 - 10 oz. cans of Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
1 - 14.5 oz can of Diced Tomatoes (I use Hunts)
1 - 16 oz can of Dark Red Kidney Beans (I use Bush's Best)
1 - 16 oz can of Light Red Kidney Beans (I use Bush's Best)
1 - 15.5 oz can of Cannellini Beans (White Kidney Beans) (I use Bush's Best)
1 - 15 oz can of Black Beans (I use Bush's Best)
1 - 16 oz can of Pinto Beans (I use Bush's Best)
3 - Tbsp of Chili Powder ( or to taste)
1 - Tbsp of Ground Cumin ( or to taste)
1/2 - Tsp of Red Pepper Flakes (or to taste)
2 - Tsp of Black Pepper (or to taste)
Brown Ground Beef (or turkey) in pan and drain excess fat/liquid
Put cooked beef and onions in crock pot and add all other ingredients and stir thoroughly.
Slow cook for up to 4 hours. Try it over tortilla chips for great nachos!!
Full of fiber to keep you full for a long time!
Makes 10 - 311 Calorie Servings

Thank u 4 the recipe. I am really busy and I like the fact that I can throw something healthy in my crock pot and go., I have been eating wrong since I was in my 20's and on my own. I raised kids alone and we were always eating out because I had to work all the time. My kids have eating problems now, but I am determined to help them if they see that I am going to learn to eat right, I am in my fifties and it might seem to late, but I am not going to let that bug me.
