I had it at 1500 a day since i joined and for a few months i changed it to 1800 a day, then recently switched it back to 1500.

I probably measure myself once every 2 weeks, if I remember.

I do mostly circuit type exercise and eat home cooked meals that are loaded with veggies and whatnot.

Chocolate cheerios with 1% milk and strawberries + blueberries on the side =)

Personally I measure chest, natural waist, obliques, hips, both thighs and both arms lol. All my trouble zones. I think most people just do chest, waist and hips.

Just finished day 3, so far so good =) Are you guys taking a 1 break a week or going straight through to day 30? I'm taking one day off a week to relax and do yoga etc.

According to those calculations Im not reaching my target rate =/ It feels like im getting a good workout though, but i get 105-110 generally.
