Stuck for months
I've been stuck around 156-158 for months now, probably close to a year. Could I just be meant to be around this weight or is there something else I could do to start losing weight again?

I'm suddenly craving fast food, which is weird because I've never had cravings before.... Would having fast food once mess up my goals?

I've been eating healthy for awhile now and recently my hairs just been falling out like crazy =( I thought eating healthy made hair stronger and whatnot? Whats going on?

Beach body - Brazil butt lift
Has anyone tried this program? And what kind of results have you seen if you tried it? I just started it today and the bumbum dvd is so hard!! I love it though it takes a lot for me to work up a sweat. I'm doing this program along with 30 day shred, hopefully i can manage it all !

Question about acne and healthy food
I've been eating healthier for awhile now and I've had an increase in acne. I've always had acne, just not a lot. I assume its because my bodies detoxing and whatnot, but I want to know how long will it take to go away? Thanks if anyone knows =)

Low sodium snacks
What are some good low sodium snacks? I keep going over my sodium intake, so I need to find filling snacks that aren't so high in sodium.

Fist NSV
Meant first NSV lol oops. Today i wore a pair of stretchy size 10 capris i've never fit into! They were a little tight but they did up and i wore them comfortably =) . The last time i tried these pants on they didn't even go past my thighs.=/

Feeling discouraged
So I've been eating less(1400-1800 calories a day, depending on activity) and exercising 4-5 days a week for 50 days now, and I've only lost 4.5 inches off my target areas(2.5 inches chest, 1 inch midsection, 1 inch hips). Start over or continue with 30 day shred
I've had to take a break from 30 day shred due to an ankle injury, its been 3 days now. I think i can start up again tomorrow or the day after. But, should I start over or continue with level 2?(i just finished day 10 before my ankle injury)

Gained weight back?
I've been eating less(1500-1800 calories) and exercising more for about 3 weeks now, and I lost 3 pounds, but i seem to have gained back 1.5 pounds. I also don't seem to be losing inches. Bruise after exercising?
I did 10 minutes on my elliptical and about 10 minutes after i noticed a big bruise on my left calf. It hurts quite a bit when i touch it and slightly painful when i walk. Is this a common thing? Im new to exercise lol.

I found this site today and had to join. I recently started eating more sensibly and exercising. I'm looking forward to meeting my weight loss goal of 140=). For now though, I have a short term goal of 5 pounds by July.
