I'm suddenly craving fast food, which is weird because I've never had cravings before.... Would having fast food once mess up my goals?

No. One high-calorie meal, or even one whole bad day, won't mess up your whole progress, as long as you go right back to your healthy routine afterwards.
Just make sure you don't make a habit of succumbing to cravings!0
