I love breakfast. I never know when I'll get another real meal in, so I normally have a 3 egg white omelet. Fills me up until 2 or 3pm when I normally eat lunch.

This is a fantastic idea! Unfortunately, I do not know what I eat when I sleep walk. But maybe if I have that in the fridge I will go for it :)

I just ordered the Zumba DVD set from Amazon. Today was my first day doing it. I played the instructional dvd so I could watch the course from behind. MEGA helpful! Good thinking to film it that way. I totally understand all these things. I'm flying to Europe this Fall and am terrified about the seats. Plus, I dream of rock climbing, but again....fear.

Brian what an amazing story. Good job. That is one hell of an accomplishment in only a years time. Family history is a big factor in my losing weight as well. Mega heart issues and I don't want a short life because I choose food over happiness. Thank you for the smile and proof it can be done.

Wow all of these stories are incredibly inspiring! I am in awe of everyone of you who have worked so hard to lose 100+ pounds. I'm currently at 244 (gained 50 back after losing 100), I'm looking forward to sharing my own success story by the end of 2013! Thank you for sharing.

I'm Jodi. I live in San Jose, CA. Recently had a health set back due to a tumor. (not trying to make an excuse). I need to drop a good 70 pounds. I'd love to be part of this support group.

MFP actually has "Massage" as an exercise now. I do 5 hours of deep tissue/Sports massage a day and most certainly count it against my totals. Lifting bodies, to me, is no different then lifting weights.

Very inspirational! You should be quite proud of you weight loss Charli. I was over 300 pounds as well. Took me 2 years to drop most of it. Now I'm trying again to lose those last 30 pounds.
