I have done that you are a burnout you need to take a few days off, i did tthis recently watched my cals and didnt exercise for 5 days the weight starte dropping cause my body had time to catch up. no need to feel guilty unless your overduing on your calories

K I bike all the time, my son is 30 lbs and rides in the seat I burn 600-700 in an hour pulling is probably more but at least its a general idea. Good job its not as easy as rideing a bike.lol

i like morning, then i know what to keep cals at, plus if u work out to hard in the evening its harder for me to wind down to sleep plus im ackey in the morn, iwould cardio in morning and stretch at night

as far as how much you burn is gonna depend on u, because when i first started with a heart rate monitor i was burning 100 calories more than i am now , so my body got used to it.

Try this, we make grilled cheese pizza, we use 40 cal wheat bread low fat mozz slice cheese put what ever else u like (pep, mush, ect...) grill it and use the sauce for dippn

I had mine removed couple of years ago, stay away from greasy or fried it will send you running to the bathroom. i even had to cut out milk and know i use almond milk. I still get nutrients but take in a third of the calories. as far as weight loss didnt affect mine, you actually eat healthier and have less irritation. FYI…
